Can you send me info how to pay exempt employees. The state site says 75 time minimum wage, another site said $900, I also listened to a paychex webinar with an “expert” from new york that said $780

It seems everyone is right under certain circumstances:
(1) New York City by (i) Large employers of eleven or more employees $975.00 per week on and after December 31, 2017; $1,125.00 per week on and after December 31, 2018); (ii) Small employers of ten or fewer employees $900.00 per week on and after December 31, 2017; $1,012.50 per week on and after December 31, 2018; $1,125.00 per week on and after December 31, 2019;
(2) Remainder of downstate (Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties) $825.00 per week on and after December 31, 2017; $900.00 per week on and after December 31, 2018; $975.00 per week on and after December 31, 2019; $1,050.00 per week on and after December 31, 2020; $1,125.00 per week on and after December 31, 2021);
(3) Remainder of state (outside of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties) $780.00 per week on and after December 31, 2017; $832.00 per week on and after December 31, 2018; $885.00 per week on and after December 31, 2019; $937.50 per week on and after December 31, 2020.

The minimum wage for non-exempt employees:
Minimum Wage Increase 2018

The New York State minimum wage increased on December 31, 2017. In New York City, it is $12.00 per hour for businesses with 10 or fewer employees, and $13.00 per hour for businesses with 11 or more employees. In Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, it is $11.00 per hour. In the remainder of the state, it is $10.40 per hour.

There are also different hourly rates for workers in the fast food industry. These rates remain in effect until December 30, 2018. (NYC $15 and NYS $12.75)
