Do we have to allow vaping and e-cigarettes in our workplace?

You can write a policy banning e-cigs in your workplace just like regular cigarettes.
Many states have banned them in all public areas. Here is a good link to the laws:

As long as you enforce your policy and give anyone currently being allowed to use them plenty of notice, you are fine.
