SCOTUS Has Issued An Opinion on the OSHA and CMS Mandates Today

Hey Compliance Warriors!

SCOTUS has issued their opinions on the OSHA 100 + ETS and the CMS Vax mandate.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the OSHA ETS should be stayed letting affected employers off the hook at the federal level. Justices Breyer, Sotomayor and Kagan all dissented. You can read the dissenting statements at the link above.

The CMS Vaccine Mandate will go forward.  https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/21pdf/21a240_d18e.pdf

So, that’s that for now. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
