Starbucks Rescinds Employee Vaccinate or Test Policy in the Wake of the SCOTUS Decision

Last week, the Supreme Court of the U.S. stayed OSHA’s Vax or Test ETS for employers with 100+ employees. Many employers have already put this policy in place and are staying the course even without a mandate from OSHA.
