Hey Compliance Warriors!
The requirement that employees of federal contractors and sub-contractors get vaccinated was blocked by a federal district court in Texas today. The directive is now on hold pending a Justice Department appeal of this ruling.
The ruling is not a surprise given the decision last week by the U.S. Supreme Court which blocked the Biden administration’s vaccinate or-test ETS for employers with 100+ employees.
Stay tuned as this story continues to unfold.
