Lisa’s initial system of 20 Factor-based checklists and hot-tips has grown into her newly released line of software-based resource products, HelpDesk for Business Professionals. Lisa’s HelpDesk line covers payroll, HR, accounts receivable, and OSHA compliance. Lisa is also a free-lance content developer and instructional designer. She has developed curriculum guides and training guides for various learning management organizations across the country. She is a frequently used as a subject matter expert in the field of payroll, human resources, OSHA compliance, and medical related topics. In June of 2014, Lisa formed a non-profit organization – Andere Foundation, Inc. which focuses on empowering survivors of abuse through workforce training and professional development efforts.
