Well, for me Big Boss was the business owner who would not listen. He asked me to do a job. No, wait. He demanded I do many jobs. I never received a title or the compensation customary in other organizations for comparable work. I tried to tell Big Boss that we were doing it wrong. He just told me to pipe down. He said, "You don't make those decisions around here."
